Cancellation Policy
By engaging with the services provided by Leadanics, all agents and brokers (“Members”) who enter into a Referral Agreement acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy (“Policy”).
This Policy governs all matters related to cancellations eligibility associated with our services. Leadanics reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published. It is the responsibility of each Member to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
To cancel participation in the program, Members must complete and submit a signed Service Cancellation Form to: support@leadanics.com.. Cancellations will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in the Member’s signed Referral Agreement.
This Policy is an integral part of your Referral Agreement with Leadanics. By continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms stated in this Policy. All decisions made by Leadanics regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds are considered final and binding.
