Refund Policy
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the refund terms and conditions related to the sign-up fee in connection with the Referral Agreement executed with Leadanics. This Policy is effective for a period of 90 days from the date of execution of the Referral Agreement.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds for the sign-up fee will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Failure to Provide Leads: If Leadanics fails to deliver any leads within 90 days from the execution of the Referral Agreement.
- Non-Exclusivity of Leads: If a lead provided lacks primary exclusivity and has been shared with other agents/brokers within our network.
- Lead's Reluctance to Engage: If the provided lead(s) exhibit an unwillingness to engage in business activities within 9 months from the date of assignment.
- Pre-existing Contract: If the lead is already under contract with the agent/broker at the time of assignment.
- Acceptance of Leads Outside Preferred Location: If the agent/broker agrees to receive leads from zip codes or areas outside their preferred location, such leads will be considered part of their monthly allocation and will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund request, the following steps must be followed:
Step 1: Initial Reminder
In the case of scenario (1), the agent/broker must send a written reminder to
support@leadanics.com requesting the provision of leads.
If leads are not provided within one month of the reminder, the agent/broker may submit a refund
request.
Step 2: Reporting Issues
For scenarios (2)–(5), the agent/broker must report the issue within 48 hours
of lead acceptance and provide supporting evidence.
If Leadanics fails to replace the lead(s) within one month from the report date, a refund
request may be submitted.
Timely Reporting Requirement
The agent/broker must notify Leadanics of any concerns related to lead quality or exclusivity within 48 hours of accepting the referral. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the leads being deemed satisfactory and ineligible for refund or replacement.
General Terms
- No payments will be refunded before the completion of 90 days from the execution of the Referral Agreement.
- Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of sign-up.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@leadanics.com.
- Leadanics reserves the right to review and validate refund claims before processing any refunds.
- This Policy supersedes all previous refund policies and is subject to change at the company’s discretion.
By executing the Referral Agreement with Leadanics, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy.
